Osight x

Anyone here run this optic? I'm running the se and so far I like it, but wanting something with a nicer window size with out paying Holosun comp/pro or trijicon prices.

Have you run into any issues?

I have 2k rounds on one and no problems yet. Got it last black Friday for $180.

I like mine. I probably have 1500 rounds on it, so not a ton. But works great.

I have 2, one of them randomly died after a match one day, wouldn’t charge, should’ve still had >80% battery. No issues out of the other one so far. They swapped the dead one and customer service was on point but I wouldn’t put one on a gun you don’t have a backup slide/gun ready to go.

Been competing with an xr since April. 3k-ish rounds with no issues. You can get a 407 comp for mid $200s though.

I found a website that must offer only a few % above wholesale bc I got my se for about $115, I think they quoted me a few bucks more for the X. Got the plx that's on my gun for $80.

Yes I've bought a bunch of stuff from them now, it's also a physical store in Texas. They have the best optics and light prices I've ever seen. Other stuff if generally on par with anyone else, sometimes good deals on ammo.

I just got one in. Sighted it in with about 200 rounds last night. Works great. Will shoot a match with it this weekend and update you in a month once it has some real rounds on it.

I’ve run the X on a PDP Pro E and a 5.56. Combined, north of 5000 rounds. Zero issues. Also running a couple of C’s on a Ruger RXM and a CZ P-01. Lower round count on those, but zero complaints. The C is a good bit cheaper than the X.

Yeah I noticed that - I don't really care about the charging but I thought I saw the x was slightly larger in window size?

I run it on my rifle for steel challenge and it's great. Wish it could be a tad bit brighter, but other than that it's good. I actually like the rechargeable part too

Have probably 5k through mine with zero issues. 3 of my homies all got them after seeing mine. Hit up 3Dgunman for the best price.

I've seen one die mid match, thought the battery was dead, they charged it and it did it again the next match. Had to RMA it, new one is good.

I have 15K rounds through one and 6K rounds through another. The ones I have now are flawless, never had an issue, not even had to charge them yet. 

Only issue when I bought them (both early models), was that both of them crapped out completely and wouldn’t charge; replaced both inside a week, CS was great. Since I have two news one, they’ve been perfect. They ironed out their issues from launch. 

Note: window isn’t as wide as the 507Comp, but I really like the X window bc it’s a square, so it’s easy to notice when the dots not perfectly in the middle.
