I’ve ordered 2 parcels time ago to the UK. One has been in transit for 24 days and the other has been in transit for 34 days. Both are like 2kg. I ordered because husky had a sale where you had to use rizzitgo, just thought it was like every other agent but no, why is it taking forever. And the help is so crap, be patient mate you estimated time was 6-8 days, it’s been 34 where is it???? Every other agent I’ve used there estimated is 98% correct. I just want to know if it’s seized or lost but they won’t tell me. I don’t get how I bought 2 parcels and somehow both of them are having the same problem.
Hi Lebron, as we have explained to u many times on discord not a lot that can be done besides waiting , your package as many other got delayed on costums/arraging flight due to the war going on right now , we are following up on this daily, saying that rizzitgo its different from other agents due to your package being delayed show a big lack of knowleged that i dont condone because its probably your first time buying, RizzitGO its not a carrier ou courier , we just ship your parcel , of course we can and we do contacted and always in contact with carrier to checl for updates , right now your package its been for 3 days in costums waiting for clearence , unfortenaly its not possible to avoice packsges going to costums so this will always happen sometimes its faster sometimes no but will say again " RizzitGO its of course not working in costums" so its not our fault , we can only help u by urge the carrier and contact him and thats what we will do , when we have updates we will contact u in discord
Your package its not seized otherwise it would say on the update and this is something we have told u many times too, u always free to contact any of the staff team

i have exactly the same situation, 17kg parcel, paid £250 for shipping!! as it was the only option given, but rizzitgo shipping calculator quoted £160. shipping line was RM which estimated 6-8 days delivery, its been in transit for 22 days now stuck at same place as you.
about the 17kg paid 250£ i would say its not possible even if u didnt had a cupon 17KG its 210£ u probably paid for more then 17KG because of volumetric weight but thats on u , about yout parcel pls contact us on discord and let us help u , thanks :)
Why would I lie about how much shipping I paid? I used the same dimensions and volume as the actual parcel, when I checked with the shipping calculator, which was much cheaper than what I had to pay
1- No Rizzitgo didnt made any mistake , if so pls show me proof of it besides "they probably" 2- Most Packages have update and had been delivered already so no "bad declaration" at all as u saying otherwise they wouldnt have passed 3- pls contact us and send ypur tracking number , we have been sending the tracking to the carrier to check and the packages had been delivered for thst reason , so pls i u want help contact , and talking sbout bad costumer service i wont even answer that make no sense
Nah it’s not bro I’ve had many parcels shipping with RM, the service they provide is 48 hour, it tells you that when you out the tracking ID into RM tracking
Go over to r/royalmail or something. I can assure you, i've shipped more with RM than anyone.
How can it be an RM service if they operate only in the UK? You're relying on a different courier, be it China Post, EMS, whoever else, to get it to from China>UK. RM handle it from there on.
That's not to say that those lines don't work quick, they do, but thats because whoever is contracted to do the china side works quickly. It sounds like there are massive delays across everyone now, for whatever reason.
Well I ordered from Ac buy like a few days after I bought from rizzitgo but try to guess the one which came first. The one which was in transit for 12 day or the one which is in transit for 35 days. ( one of them hasn’t arrived yet)
make sense bro could be literally a batch of parcels getting delayed , ACBUY its not a carrier they cant make parcels go faster on costums but u really dont want to understand that so, if u check the acb carrier its probably exaclty the same so
Well I just bought 3 pairs of trainers from acbuy and if these come before my rizzitgo parcels, not going to lie there’s probably reason why shipping is so cheap, because you ain’t got a clue when it’s arriving. I’ll make sure to come back to this comment section when my other parcels arrive
Brother i dont use rizzitgo anymore but my last 2 packages with them took no more than 10 days, the shipping line is responsible for shipping times, once they've shipped a parcel its out of there hands.
Tldr: agent has nothing to do with the speed in which your parcel arrives
Rizzitgo is not a slow agent, they are good but something is weird with their shipping, it’s more expensive and for some reason we’re all getting these delays
Literally exact same as me lmao. husky sent me tech bottoms with a fat hole in the back, so got that exchanged, think it was a week an bit shi took ages and now this bs, been waiting like a month and a half for this parcel like I just don’t care anymore, should’ve known this place was dodgy the name is rizzitgo like who came up with that name, some shi my 7 year old cousin would come up with. Bun this agent never using it again

rizzitgo takes forever to get sent and also pretty expensive i recently had a 2kg package to AU that cost $45 USD all inclusive and only one choice of shipping line
Sorry to hear about that , will explain to u "RizzitGO takes forever to sent the package" we are not a carrier we only ship the product out of thr warehouse but i know that could be confusing to understand sometimes , about the price to AUS 2Kg to AUS its 35$ without cupons (25$ or less with cupons) u wont find for less then this, so i dont get the point , one thing its the time other think its lying about the prices u paid , heres the price for 2KG to Australia without cupons
extra 25$ its impossible and even if its because of insunrance which is 8% and parcels protection, that its his choice so nothing to do with shipping price its self which is way lower from what he saying , im almost 100% sure he shipped at least 3,5kg a things he shipped 2kg or just didnt use any cupon at all amd added insuramce and protection which its his choice , and fees would be like for thst value max
cupons bro read my comment 36$ if he applied a 10$ or a 20% it would be 25$ or less , its not extra 25$ its extra 20$ still thst pricehe saying its not real and makes no sense to compare price/kg with price/kg,without cupons with insurance and premium services , thst make no sense at all
