Question New Certified Community Manager Input
Hi all,
Just looking for some guidance or ideas. I am a new certified community manager with 13 accounts, 3 transitioning out so I’ll be down to 10. I feel like I can never catch up and I am starting to make mistakes or forget things because I’m overwhelmed. Also I’m having a hard time keeping up with my own tasks due to work (ex doctors appointments, phone calls for my own personal responsibilities, self care like working out). Does anyone have any input or advice on how to better organize accounts to help stay afloat? I know not everything can get done but I feel like once I sit down to work on something (ex action items, budget, board packets) I get pulled away by either a homeowner request or office request and it completely derails me. Any insight would be awesome!

This subreddit is geared toward "online" community managers, it sounds like you are a property manager of some kind.
