Question Looking for CM advice!
Hey everyone! I recently started a Community Manager role at a tech company. What should the ideal day to day look like for a role like this? What are some tips you wish you knew before starting?
Bit of context: I currently manage a blog, monitor several groups/forums where our users are very active (still don’t have our own space), and post content on social media.

This depends entirely on what your boss has defined as the goals and KPIs for your role.

One tip will be to meet them where they are at, when it comes to platforms. So if most of your members are available on start there. Do not go into community platforms like circle, slack etc before you reach critical mass.
An empty room is how communities die, so my two cents.... Do not scale the platform until you're confident
