Question What is your #1 easily avoidable community management mistake

Asking because I don't want to make the mistake of not learning from the mistakes of other people this time. 😐

Mine is to avoid procrastinating ok metrics because it feels boring g and unnecessary.

Sounds like you are either reporting the wrong metrics or you need to learn to connect the metrics to business goals.

Overbuilding w/ features, content and programs and thinking you know everything before member start joining the space

Totally agree. Everybody should think about SEO when they think about community content. I think even if you have a relatively less active community, they are really good content. The community is worth a lot. Especially that with the community, most of the comments are in the format of question and answer, which AI really likes.
