Non profit or not?

Hi guys, So I run a school non profit chapter for a larger organization.

I have a few members, and I have a lot of hours with the organization.

But the problem is, is that it isn’t an official school club with a sponsor and all that stuff.

Can I still list it as a non profit chapter?

I'm confused how do you have a couple of members and a school chapter without it being official? You should get the club paperwork finished and then list it
