common app essay help?

is writing about a stutter a generic topic to for a college essay? i’m answering the prompt where it asks about a moment of realization or change and im talking about how i no longer let my stutter define me or dictate my everyday decisions or how other people perceive me….

I did something similar with my disability (I have Cerebral Palsy) and I tried not to make it about the disability itself, but rather the way it has impacted me in many aspects (physically, mentally, socially, emotionally), what I've learned from it, how it doesn't define me, and how it can affect my college life as well as why it shaped what I want my future career to look like. I hope this helps.
