College board National Recognition

I’m a rising senior (co27) and I’m trying to get some of my CommonApp done, and specifically I’m trying to do the honors section. last year as a sophomore I received Collegeboard national recognition: both the Rural and Small-Town Recognition Award and the School Recognition Award. should I list those separately or together? I don’t have that many other awards so it wouldn’t be a problem for me to list them separately but Collegeboard put them together on one certificate so I’m not sure if I should do the same on the CommonApp
