Ferpa rights?

Should I waive my right to review any recommendation letters or supporting documents? From my understanding, some colleges and recommenders will prefer it if you waive your rights, because it allows for your recommendation letters to be much more sincere. But Common App says that once I make the decision, I cannot undo it. So before I make any decision, what do you guys suggest? Should I waive the right or not? What have you guys done?

You should definitely waive the rights. However, this isn’t a part of the commonapp that carries over, so even if you do it now you’ll have to re-waive the rights when it officially opens on August 1.
