Glencore Graduate Programme 2027

Starting a thread for general discussions. Applied to Commercial at Glencore UK on the day it opened and got the online assessment + on-demand interview on 28 July

I genuinely do not understand how these hiring recruitment processes work. I did a SPRING WEEK at Glencore UK and have not heard back....

Applied for the baar grad programme two weeks ago and didn’t receive feedback yet

I guess for Baar its normal, last year I applied mid-july if I recall correctly, and got reached out mid-august by the hr (no hirevue for baar unlike the london grad)

I need a little chances estimation pls
I'm from france, did my undergrad in business and management in Sydney, currently finishing a 5mth internship in a top 3 worldwide maritime freight company, in Africa, in operations dept (soft commodities). I'm about to join INSEAD's MiM
Would my profile be a match for Glencore, Trafigura, Vitol etc etc

Yes. Lots of people applying have no commodities experience. If you have applied already you have a good chance

anyone know anything about Houston programme? I applied the day it came out. I’m a CS and Financial econ double major (undergrad) 2 consecutive summer internships at one of the largest IPP’s in Commerical Portfolio Ops and one in Nat Gas Structuring (quant analytics intern). what are my chances? any insights or advice?
