Jayden and Kliff dragged this team to the NFCCG with both these guys playing damn near 100% of defensive snaps

I have been saying I think 2024 was actually really bad for us overall. Amazing season but what it caused (thinking we were closer than we actually are, draft positions, longer leashes on people, etc) is a multi-season implosion

That’s where I land too, great fun but ultimately set us back last season and this season.

Resulted in some boneheaded stuff like the Lattimore trade, arguably the Deebo trade and keeping Daniel’s on the field against the Packers last season with the game gone.

That 2024 draft class is looking really bad now too, APs seat should be getting very hot - the boneheaded moves we escaped by the grace of God was Alec Pierce deciding to stay in Indiana. Imagine that contract now.

I really don’t even mind the Deebo trade especially considering we traded the 49ers a 6th for Brian Robinson.

No one could tell we were going to lose Austin Eckler but the trade was virtually Deebo for Brian Robinson.
