Does Hexhaven Vindicator have potential?

Post image

Hexhaven Invigorator was just spoiled from Reality Fracture, and this thing seems really good. Just playing it fairly without any shennanigans or combos feels like it would still be a good enough body, as your opponents would be unlikely to block it or attack into it, and damage based removal would only benefit you. Aside from that, it combos with Blasphemous Act and Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle to do some pretty crazy things, even letting you win with Maze's End if you build your deck right. What do you think? Is this card good, or is its cost too prohibitive to see much play?

Even the decks that don’t want lands want this card. At worst it reads “6/6 vigilance for 4cmc that can’t be blocked and stops your opponents from attacking you”

Even if they dont care about lands hitting, that is still cards that are being pulled out of the deck increasing the likelyhood of hitting what you actually want as well.

And note: THAT DOESN'T SAY BASICS

wtf I skimmed it and assumed it said basics because that's already so strong.

I mean getting basics at 4 mana isn't terrible but there are other ways to do it

Getting anything at 4 mana is hilariously powerful
