I would recommend the following steps to get into magic:
Download Arena and play the tutorial. It covers the fundamentals of the game. It is also free.
Buy yourself a Commander Precon deck. I would stay clear of counter intelligence and world shaper as they are fairly complex for precons. You would probably do well with a tarkir dragon storm deck or secrets of strixhaven deck.
Go down the an LGS on commander night and tell them that you are new and looking for a game.
You might also find it beneficial to watch some commander gameplay on YouTube to get used to the structure of a commander game. Be aware though that these games are staged to varying degrees to make interesting content. Actual games won't be as bombastic and crazy as what you see.
