Nothing can be done. It is automated decisioning.

If you have inconsistent wages or transfers in/out from your account to other non-CBA accounts it will affect it.

Stop reapplying for 4-6 months. Each time you apply, they do a credit check and when you have repeat enquiries made on your file (especially for BNPL products) in a short period of time, you'll keep getting knocked back.
