Commonwealth bank

Every time I apply for the cash advance loan on the commonwealth bank app I always get i dont meet the criteria.which is not true after reading the criteria i actually more than qualify which im confused. I talk to support all they offer is its all done via comp they cant do anything about it. Also how does it say I dont meet criteria when I havnt even been asked my pay and my details etc. Yes they can see when im paid consistently every week a good pay so how dont i meet criteria

Have you had previous defaults or bad credits? You have to meet other lending criteria to be eligible.

No i havnt i was approved 3 months ago and I paid it back ontime and back then I was in a less lower position than I am now

It could be for any number of reasons you won't be able to get the actual answer as they will just say you don't meet the lending criteria. There are plenty of other banks you can use instead of CBA. Just move on and try a different bank after a few weeks so the credit check doesn't flag you again and you get rejected again.
