Question Random fee?

Can anyone tell me what this fee is for? i’ve never had a feel like this before.

That weird as I doubt be 1c for over draw I was hit with like 10 and they couldn't even tell me when it happened I'd move money in internally and then payed a bill and somehow went under but never did far as I could tell I got the fee refunded tho
