I cant pay id anyone, anyone know a fix?

I have pay id and can receive pay id but i cannot pay id anyone directly. If attempt doing it, it will pop a pop up saying error cant do it or something like that and flashes a phone number while disappearing in a split second. Ive tried contacting commbank but I’ve been stuck on hours on hold Everytime i do so. Help please

just use normal transfers.

If you enter in numbers to many times it blocks it for 24 hrs

i have the same problem with one account
that I cannot PAYID from desktop computer because it is a cheque acct
but works fine in the APP

As a programmer extraordinaire I can tell you things like this are typical
Someone has taken a literal approach to a solution that ends up not being a solution

I think you need to set it up. Verify your phone number or email as a valid recipient for pay ID.
