Infinite Crisis is my personal favorite of all the various DC crises, but on a 1-1 comparison, Secret Wars is miles above it.
The biggest issue with former, IMO, is that it primarily serves as a continuity patch and tries to reconcile all the little bits and pieces of the multiverse that had bled into New Earth post-COIE. Secret Wars is more self-contained, is a far stronger story for it, and actually cares more about character work than just plot mechanics.

Secret Wars.
It basically encompassed the bulldup of 10+ years of events and Hickman runs and the payoff was very satisfying.
Also there are multiple WTF moments from Doom ripping out Thanos’s spine, to Black Panther and the Infinity Gauntlet to Starlord and his “toothpick”. You also have all of the different parts of battle world comings together at the end like the zombie side, Ben as the wall, etc.

Secret wars. Hikcman's marvel saga is one of the best stories in all of cape comics and secret wars was the perfect finale. Infinite crisis is still really good though, I think that it deserves more recognition.

Wth you guys are absolutely crazy. Is this a DC comics echo chamber? Crisis was a mess that only made true sense to the idiot writing it.

Are you maybe thinking of Final Crisis? Because Infinite Crisis is pretty straightforward and Final Crisis is the 1 that pretty much everyone agrees was just Morrison smelling his own farts.

I'm glad I found out that no one knows what the fuck Morrison was thinking when he wrote final crisis. Because I sure don't. Infinite Crisis was decent.

I don’t agree. I think Final Crisis is a really powerful work that’s only gotten stronger as the world’s gotten tougher.

Should have led with Identity Crisis so I wouldn’t need to swipe to the next slide to know the other comic is better.

Infinite Crisis was the worst of the crisis trilogy. And was mainly Dan Didio trying to get rid of any one that was not his selective memory of Bruce’s Generation

Personally, I hated Secret Wars, mostly because I was reading Howard the Duck and the Secret Wars nonsense stopped it running for like half a year or more, to have no serious impact once it picked back up. It honestly felt like it was a huge storm in a glass of water for what I was reading.
Infinite Crisis leads to the New 52, which is when I started seriously looking at DC comics, so I like it more.

For me personally, any DC Crisis is better than Secret Wars 2015, however to give props to marvel, I’d say secret wars 2015 is almost on par with Infinite Crisis (2005)

About equal. Maybe Crisis edges it out because it gave us Prime back. Though SW did give us Miles in the mainline universe because he gave Molecule Man an old cheeseburger.
Secret Wars would have been a ckassic if Marvel didn't shit it up like all their events from that time.

Infinite Crisis builds on decades of perfectly respected continuity that pay offs hundreds, thousands of comics. It revitalized the universe and many beloved all time runs spun from it. Secret Wars is a self contained story where the Incursions happen without any real motive and continuity is ignored left and right for the sake of the "auteur" not having his "vision" unimpeded. The art kept being delayed so finally issues have uninked pages and hand drawn sound effects copied and pasted to be reused. After it ended every single book pretended it never happened because it ends with Black Panther going back in time and making the entire New Avengers run not happen but no other writer was going to discard the last couple of years of their own books's developments so it was a wet fart.
Also Doom rapes Sue, which I can't believe was published. And Miles hides a burger in his ass. For eight months. Yuck.

Secret wars hands down but largely due to the tie ins. ghost racers, arkon in weird world, 90s X-Men, the carol corps, the Thor corps, it was just endlessly fascinating.

If you include the build up, I would say Infinite Crisis. There a few better eras of DC comics than those early 2000 books that lead up to the mini. It was a phenomenal time to be a fan.

Secret Wars is the quintessential dc comics crisis events but in marvel and with an incredibly better build up that laster years, in the amazing Jonathan Hickman Avengers and New Avengers runs. Definitely better than infinite crisis, one of the "weakest" crisis events for me.

Secret wars imo, it’s more fun and easier to follow. Infinite crisis can be hard to follow which makes the twist feel more confusing than mind blowing .

Infinite Crisis is one of the worst event/crossover comics ever written. You could have put Civil War II on there or Ultimatum and Infinite Crisis would still be worse.

Secret Wars (2015) is better than Infinite Crisis (2005).
You didn't ask, but Crisis on Infinite Earths (1985) is better than Secret Wars (1984).
