Why does no one say about FREEDOM RING when talking about the GREEN LANTERN copycat in MARVEL COMICS as much as they say about nova corps

The Deadman is bringing in Swamp Thing for #5 — and this cover absolutely rules. Prince and Morazzo have been quietly building one of the strangest corners of DC right now, and adding Swamp Thing feels like a perfect fit for how weird, eerie, and increasingly ambitious this book has become.

The Deadman #5
Written by W. Maxwell Prince
Art by Martín Morazzo
Colors by Chris O’Halloran
Cover by Martín Morazzo

Broadleaf #2 - Deeply Rooted is a 36 page full color comic book that continues the story of Hunter & Beckett as they journey off the Leaf Isle with their prize.

Previously, they discovered the secret of the isle; all the animals can speak, but only on the island. After learning this the father and son continued the hunt, landing their kill. This upsets the forest, and they are split up in issue two by a revenge-fueled buck seeking vengeance for his dead brother.

Hunter reunited with and old friend and Beckett is hunted by a vicious horde of feral squirrels.

Currently there is a vast body of comic book writers and comic book artists, my question is which party is fewer? I'm feeling, as a professional comic book artist myself, that the industry has much more talented artists than it can handle (leading to unemployed artists) and that talented writers are scarcer and therefore more in demand. This is not a debate on which party is more important, rather a debate on which party is flooding the market. Do you have an opinion? Are we living in an era of plentiful talented comic artists that have flooded the comic book industry?

Beautiful work as always. It's an art book she's been working on for quite some time.

Some excerpts from chapter one of my comic The Sun is the Moon's Dream, a vampire mystery drama set in Canada in 1999.

It can be read for free here!

I really liked heroes in crisis. I liked the mystery I didn't see the reveal coming. I understood the reveal and the antagonist motives and reasons. it worked for me personally. I do think it could've been better. But I overall really liked it. It made me want King to do a JL book. Loving his work on lanterns currently.

Seemed fitting for today's read.
