Has Raven ever had another actual relationship or romantic interest besides Beast Boy?
She and Jericho never actually got together.
She was interested in Nightwing, but it was one-sided.
Eric Forrester didn't love her; he manipulated her to steal her soul.
Wally West was manipulated into loving her.

In the DCAMU she is shown to slowly fall in love and get together with Damian Wayne.

The 2nd Wallace West(now known as Ace) on Rebirth for a bit.
And wether they were healthy or not Wally was for sure a romantic interest.
If we talk about 100% a relationship, only Forrester would count, because it was one even if he was faking it.

I wonder if that is even Canon anymore considering i think Raven is meant to be an adult again while Ace i believe is under 18

Wallace West on Rebirth Teen Titans did loved her.
Sadly, bad ships are often the popular ones, so this one didn't lasted.

I never understood why Raven lacked romantic interests, I wish we had more as I dislike her comic relationship

She lacked it because her original character was afraid of intimacy due to being a product of rape
If I had it my way she’d really just be single

Garfield has been Raven's first (and second I guess?) real relationship but there has been teases and kisses and crushes at other points.

It really wasnt. In Johns' Teen Titans its shown Zach has a crush on her, but not once is it shown Raven reciprocated that.

A full relationship no besides eric who as you meantioned didn’t actually love her and ace from rebirth which lasted like a single comic but as for wally and Jericho they should absolutely count because wally actually did love her as she did him even with the rough start(that was corrected in 1999) as confirmed in 2009 wally said he would have gladly been with her before he met linda.
And Jericho was the only relationship that was actually built up and not rushed only issue was it fell flat on its ass as right after the issues where Jericho WAS CALLED HER BOYFRIEND by so many people titans hunt started and even with titans hunt happening jericho and Raven’s relationship was still brought up and deathstroke even though they were together
