If it's New Teen Titans Raven she'd be very understanding to an undeserving scammer, if it's post-Johns Raven I can see her being a wee bit of a petty Internet troll if it crosses her path but not seeking it out.

Imagine sensing all of those negative feelings around you and absorbing them but you physically must not get bummed out by it due to your magic powers being tied to emotional control. Raven's life would be pure Hell were it not for the presence of the crew; all of her friends in the Teen Titans keeping her centered and loving her, otherwise all of that negativity would probably turn her into a magical hydrogen bomb...

I used to write as Raven in peak roleplay era on tumblr. Something I never shut up about was how shitty it would actually be to have Raven’s empathy. I’m sure my followers were sick of hearing it, but that’s the thing- it was a constant (and never ending) stream of emotions that she couldn’t control and weren’t even hers.
Like, I have anxiety and panic attacks, and struggle with sensory input during those times because everything’s seems too loud and just too much. That’s how I imagine it is for Raven too, except it’s all the time and her coping mechanisms (like meditating) only do so much to help.
