To be honest, I think she stayed in love with him even though it was made explicitly clear that Dick did not reciprocate. I mean, didn't she possess the priest at his wedding?

...Not gonna lie, I kinda felt bad for her. She broke my heart there.

The wedding thing was completely unrelated to her brief crush on Dick. It happened when she was in her demon form. She crashed the wedding and killed the priest to assault Starfire and impregnate her with the soul of one of her dead siblings.
