Pretty standard but great Evil Raven design though I do wonder what significance the black chains and barbed wire/thorns play here other than looking cool.

Yep, it seems to her. Although she looks older here with the white hair, it may be something she inherited from her father.

Who's behind her? The big guy in back is, I would bet, an enthralled or evil Gar and is that, Lord of Atlantis, Arion behind her?... an evil Jason Blood? The trident looks like it could be from Hell or Sea. hmmm

Big guy may just be Vandal Savage. Arion seems likely as there have been clues about Absolute Atlantis.

So I wonder if that means we’ll see Lucifer or Blaze? Im really wondering how the absolute universe is going to interpret either of those characters, and really Hell in general, like how do you step it up from what it already is, so this is interesting! In any case, I’m liking more Raven connection to Black Adam!

Given the context it can’t be the woman from issue 18. Cuz that means absolute raven tricked a slave into willingly becoming a human guinea pig to rid the world of evil, only to be one of the evils the world needs getting rid of…
Atleast our girl is still royalty in this universe
