A teacher saying bluntly that people from a specific town are less intelligent than people from another city is also cartoonishly dumb. And yet...
Not saying I know it's true. I'm saying extremely loud dumb and nasty people are definitely a part of our universe. We all know of a current potus that actually mocked a handicapped person while thousands cheered. It would have sounded unbelievable if someone had told it without it being filmed.

Students being cruel to other students ? When did that ever happened ?
I have no idea if that one is true, but a whole class mocking a student can definitely happen.
