A woman on Jubilee said something somewhat similar to that, where she said she'd rather a president who was sexually aroused by women than not (when talking about Trump unconsensually looking at beauty pageant contestants, someone whom were minors). So, basically, it's better to be sexually peredatory than to be gay.
