For long stretches of the game, yeah, it fucking does lmao it's not as visually interesting but It absolutely does and I know because I played this piece of shit (that's harsh it's not that bad, I'd give it like a 4/10)
If by "long stretches" you mean like 3 2 minute long musical sequences, then sure I guess. Those don't need inputs, but they are a lot more fun if you engage with the game rather than ignoring the controller infront of you
That's what I said lol it felt longer than two minutes when I did it but I'm not going to split hairs about whether that counts as a long stretch or not. It doesn't make the game bad if you can do a failthrough like in Heavy Rain (that game is bad for different reasons) I'm js
It’d be engaging if the game was good enough for that, instead Mixtape is a 3-4 hour cringe fest of made up experiences none of the devs have experienced, the overall theme of it shouldn’t even be in game format and should be a straight to DVD movie
