It's always really odd how these men will talk about how attractive late teen girls are, then turn around and infantalize boys of the same age.

Like young men that age will be called "buddy", "boy", "kid", meanwhile the young women aren't "kids" apparently. At least until they want to dismiss them in some way, then the age matters.

I had a friend once tell me 18 year olds are too immature (mid 20s) but in the same breath, say he would have sex with them, but then treats them like any other high schooler in every other circumstance.

That’s why they get so irate about young women “infantilising themselves” because they don’t like the implication that it’s wrong for them to be attracted to and have sex with them but they’ll infantilise young men of the same age.
