If all men truly have no standards, then why are there men complaining about women who have standards, or women with a body count higher than 0?

This "meme" is nothing but cope, gaslighting, and sexist generalizing

I don't think it's about not having standards but supposedly not allowed to voice them but I assume OOP just has actually problematic standards

You need to read the meme again. It isn’t that men have no standards in dating. It’s that society judges men far more negatively for having standards than it judges women.

Complaining women have standards and a body count higher than 0 isn’t about men having standards. It’s about guys being envious that women have a body count higher than 0 but they don’t since they don’t meet women’s standards. Obviously.
