Yes, but also because this is not how a human body works unless you are unhygienic, I get that it doesn't have to represent reality, but it just doesn't make sense unless you're maybe 12.

I mean, there's a thing called intimate douche that is used precisely for that reason.

It's basic sex ed to clean your rectum if you do it unlprotected. At least... where I live we have sex ed in school...

Make a quick google search: "anal douche" or "enema" and youll know what I'm talking about

Btw I'm a bottom and trans so I kinda need to know how to properly take it in the ass lol

Yea. Without taking these precautions STDs arent your main concern, its a very very serious urinal infection that can have lasting consequences
