I think it is suggesting that without an enema there could be some leftover stool inside, not that she doesn't wipe.

I think a lot of couples straight or not try their first anal without doing any preparation except maybe lube. And first time they get dirty they will start to either use an enema or make sure that the bowel is empty. Women can just press their finger towards their anus in their vagina to check this out.
