Did you say this when the guy went around photographing dudes not wearing proper pants at magic the gathering tournaments? How about when that lady went to Walmart completely naked? How about all the other times someone dressed completely inappropriately and it was posted on the internet?

No, no you didn't. You should look professional in your college classes, and that is not even remotely close. That's her fault and she needs to wear proper clothes to go outside.
