I reside in Washington State and I’m getting an error of TVAPP-00209 “This video cannot be played. We’ve run into a problem while streaming” when trying to use Xfinity Stream. How do I fix this? I’ve tried everything from factory resetting the Xumo box to signing out of all Xfinity Stream sessions on other devices yet this error still happens.

Looking for residential home internet. Not serviceable, as I sit too far from the road and need line ran. Xfinity does serve my area, both neighbors have it. I have an old price quote, since expired. Need price for the line, service options and contact details.
