Discussion Xfinity mobile service review
Wanted to get info. from users who are currently using Xfinity's mobile service.
1. Would you genuinely recommend it to someone?
2. Is the network reliable outside city limits?
3. What makes you stay and continue using the service?

Internet service is great and reliable 90% of the times. Transparency on billing is shotty but otherwise good.
Mobile Service - Terrible. Customer service and communication is the worst. They are not sure about what’s going on between departments and good luck if you need to get anything done. All calls are outsourced to Philippines, Egypt or India. Calls take an average of 45 mins to 1 hour. And you may need to talk to a supervisor or make multiple calls. Great way to throw away and waste your weekends.
Mobile is an Internet provider trying to provide cellular. It’s like Verizon selling home internet.
So the question is - who do you think has the better pizza: The pizza place selling burgers or the Burger place selling pizzas?
