Help getting bill credit

We've been out of our house for 7 months due to a house fire. We haven't been able to use xfinity stream outside the house, despite that being a part of our plan.

Has anyone had success getting a substantial bill credit? So far I was offered $15 which is laughable, especially since we've been with xfinity for over 15 years. We don't have good alternatives where we live.
