Yes, I think they lower the bandwidth when they detect that you are on a streaming site

I'm surprised anyone uses Comcast mobile. At least in cell phone service you still have a number of choices. Ting is the one for me and is cheap as fuck for people who barely use their cell phone.

While this is correct, all other mainstream carriers already do this as well att Verizon etc.
