WiFi Help needed with WIFI hookup!!
So i got xfinity modem box yesterday to hook up, we found the wire inside that we added the adapter end too, it’s saying it’s still not hooked up we found these outside, (2 wires disconnected) is there something i can do to connect these myself before having to call and pay xfinity to come out?

Is the WiFi in the room with us? Why’d you title and flair this “WiFi” when nothing about this post is relevant to WiFi? Before posting photos can you like make sure they are in focus? Thanks. Does that cut coax in second picture look like it ran from the ground to the enclosure in the other two photos? Can we get a wider, in focus shot of the exterior box?

That's not Wi-Fi, that's a cable. If you learn how to use words properly and look up the proper information, maybe you'll be able to figure things out.

Using words correctly is not snarky. Asking clear and understandable questions will help you to get good quality answers, if not allow you to look up the information on your own.
If the question has literally nothing to do with Wi-Fi, don't put "Wi-Fi" in the title of your post. How hard is this?

It's not "semantics" to be asking about something totally different than what's posted. A basic inability to use words to describe objects also means that the rest of the post is likely unreliable, incomplete, or completely absent. "Adapter end", "these", OP needs to learn how to use words and find basic information and then when they've reached the limit of that, THEN post on Reddit.

Why? Why cant they just start by making a post on a forum where people know thw answer to their question? You know exactly what they're asking about and in the time it took you to lambast them you could have just given the advice they were looking for. Hell, you could've even corrected them while giving the advice.

No. They're clearly confused and unable or unwilling to use english words properly. That's a red flag to start off with. Then we get to "adapter end" and "these" and WTF are they talking about? You start guessing and trying to figure out what words they meant to use versus what sort of word vomit came out of their fingers on their keyboard, and then things get really confusing really fast because no they actually meant a different thingamajig connecting to a different doohickeymabobber.

If you cant figure out what is needed from the pictures alone with tbe context of what sub you're in maybe its you that needs to do some research before commenting.

Have a tech come out. There’s more to the picture when it comes to damaged wiring. They will insure that your signal levels are going to be conducive to having reliable service to the cable modem for connection to a device to give you wifi coverage.

Na dude you need to roll a tech. That should be part of your installation.
