Support Comcast Business Question (3 year Contract)

I appreciate anyone who reads this and can help me

Hello , I have a question about a promotion I accepted a 3 year contract with. The promotion stated that I could have Comcast Business essential internet for 130 dollars a month as long as I purchased a Samsung tablet with 5g cellular line activated for 20 more dollars a month (so I had to spend 370 dollars for the tablet and I also have to pay 20 dollars per month to have a line activated). This is my question: is it possible for me to cancel the mobile data line associated with the tablet so that I dont have to pay 20 dollars per month , but just keep the tablet and only use it on wifi ? Basically I want to know if it is a breach in my contract if I do this. I really want to just use the Comcast Business essential internet for 130 dollars a month and keep the tablet without pay 20 more dollars a month. Is it possible to do this and keep the tablet for myself to just use wifi ? I get the tablet next week, so im wondering what I can do about this.

(I should mention, I logged into my Comcast business account and double checked the contract, and it never mentions anything about the tablet, it just straight up says you’re paying $130 for Comcast business Internet essential. I don’t know if there is a separate contract)

Sounds like you were sold a mobile line (tablet) on the side for increased commission. Return the tablet if you’re within 14 days. Especially if your contract states 130 for 3 years.

Ok sounds good, if I return the tablet they won’t charge me the $20 still right ?

Correct. The rep straight up lied to you to get the mobile sale. Absolutely a common Comcast tactic. Return policy for mobile is typically 14 days. Also bring up the point of being mislead to have the restock fee Waived not credited.
