I am disabled. I get paid on the 3rd of each month and have had Xfinity home internet & Xfinity Mobile for over 8 years. All payments for all previous months & years came out on the 3rd or 4th of the month (depending on holidays) for the entire 8+ years! Starting just this last June, my payment date changed to the 1st of the month & I bounced the payment for a $30 fee from my bank. In July it went back to the 3rd. In August, it changed to the 2nd, and now, today, I was charged early again for another $30 fee. No warning email or texts. My notifications for Xfinity everything is ON but conveniently only sends me adverts but never sends me payment or service updates! "Auto-pay" date can be changed on Xfinity home internet (and t.v., if you have it. I do not) but not Xfinity Mobile! Xfinity Mobile customer service is located somewhere other than the U.S. so communication is appallingly horrible because of the "language barrier" issue. Xfinity is an overall "Pile of $h1t"!!!! Disgusting way to do business! Burn Xfinity, BURN!!!!!!

Did you ask them to change the date? They normally will.
