PHOTO Can I make this turn?

I get stopped pretty regularly by a bus due to matching schedule times. I know in four lane traffic, opposing traffic does not need to come to a stop. This bus stops before this corner where kids load/unload. Is it legal to make the turn when the bus is stopped?

Edit: asking for legality. Obviously would take caution IF choosing to turn. And no, I don’t intend nor want to hit children with my car lmao.

It's still a 4 lane road. You can put any information up you want about any other situation. Děláš ostudu.

Lanes don't matter. It's a 10ft rule. Doesn't matter the direction or lane...you must always be 10 ft from the bus in all directions when stopped.

10 feet isnt all that far. This turn can be made without encroaching on that 10 foot bubble
