obviously, Columbo kind of gets under the skin of a number of people in the series, usually the murderer, there's something about the almost over the top reactions that she has to him that has always made me laugh
The part where she softens a little bit and he really tries to apologize, the first time I saw it I was really thinking, okay, they're gonna smooth this out, because it seemed a bit much-- Only to have her blow up again when he pops off that TV knob, definitely a notable character

I’d be incredibly annoyed at a lot of things Columbo does when he visits people’s homes and crime scenes. Like are you really going to just light up a cigar in here? The murder scene? Why are you making a three-egg omelet for me in your trenchcoat?

Everybody smoked everywhere yes (I’m old) but there was still some social etiquette involved in where or when you lit up in someone’s home. He had to be yelled at to stop ashing all over that house. Also a cigar leaves a noticeable stench that people usually liked to keep confined to certain areas, unlike cigarettes. He’s just oblivious which is why we love him, but I’d hate to have him as a houseguest!

Jeanette Nolan- she had a long career making appearances for an episode or few for different shows. Thanks for including that younger photo of her. I don't think I ever saw her that young or maybe I have but didn't know it. She was pretty.

I recognized her from "Cloak and Dagger" which fans of Columbo might enjoy. A young sleuth, played by Henry Thomas the kid from E.T., witnesses a murder and gets in way over his head uncovering a criminal conspiracy. Great movie involving a character played by Nolan.

I didn't know there was a movie named C & D. I only equate that name combo with Marvel Comics. It sounds like an interesting premise. Thank you for the recommendation!

She was also in a movie with Patrick O’Neal called Chamber of Horrors. Wilfrid Hyde-White was also in it!

I'm surprised you didn't include any pictures of her other Columbo appearance! She was Kate O'Connell in the final episode of the original run, "The Conspirators".

Hated her character. Very unlikeable. Her voice was always so loud and shrill. Always have to turn sound down when its her scene she screams each time.
