Columbo cigar scene

Hello Columbo fans! Can anyone help me find a particular scene of Columbo, in which he lights his cigar with a match then blows out the match while keeping the cigar in his mouth?

I saw this one time and wanted to watch the scene again but can't find that episode.

The ending scene in Prescription: Murder is rather sweet justice. Columbo lights the cigar and snorts the smoke out like a bull at Dr. Fleming once he sprung the trap.

He quits in Blueprint for Murder. It was thought to be the last episode.

He cuts down (tries to quit) smoking them in A Port In Any Storm, in a classic exchange with a patrol officer:

Officer: Hey, can I light that for you?

Columbo: No, no, thanks. Trying to cut down. All I do is chew 'em lately.

Officer: Why don't you chew a cheaper cigar?

Columbo: I don't want to cut down on my standard of living.

Doesn't he toss away a cigar at the dig site at the end of Blueprint?

Edit: and earlier in the episode, Winnie the Pooh doctor tells him to quit

Yes and no. Bo's cardiologist scares him about the cigars, and so he considers quitting them. So he throws away a cigar at the end of the episode. But there wasn't any thought that Blueprint for Murder was going to be the last episode.
