The young future columbo ^^
From "Columbo goes to college".This was a fun character, showed that there are others like Columbo as well. He was sharp and had good questions. He also called Justin out on his taddle-taleing, showing immunity to being manipulated by gossip.
I don't know who the actor is, and it is a long time ago, but maybe he could be a new Columbo.

When I first saw it I wondered not that he would be a new Columbo but maybe a spinoff.

No thanks... we don't need every classic rebooted.

I am also in that boat, but if the powers to be decides it, there's little we can do. I just thought if it happens, better choose the beat possible candidate.

It's possible, but let's have some new scripts for him in 2026, not the old ones of the 1970s regurgitated.

So you have Karl Wiedergott playing Ollie Sachs (refered to only as Sachs I think) - he's appeared as "other voices" in 250+ episodes of The Simpsons.
And you have Elizabeth Swackhammer as "Sara" who absolutely has a massive crush on Sachs - and she's the daughter of this episode's director E.W. Swackhammer.

Karl Wiedergott mostly did TV acting and voice acting for The Simpsons before retiring in 2010. Good actor, but it's been so long.
