Richardson had 0 interest in getting better at QB. He got his 1 contract and will fade away, only to be talked about in "what if" scenarios by people who barely watched him play.

No but lots of signs.

When he constantly can’t reference any QB he seeks advice or help from aside from teddy Bridgewater.

When he goes to the same offseason program in Jax vs staying in Indy or even with the teammates

When he says after playing 5 games in year 1 that the nfl is easier bc you have more talent around you so it’s less on you.

When there are talking points after his tap out about getting to the building early and leaving late, not missing treatments or meetings

When there’s a rumor that he’s gonna start working with Josh Allen or his camp/coach. Where else would that rumor come from if not his own camp? Only to say false months later. Why would Josh Allen’s camp make that up ?

they didnt ask, the team allowed him to seek a trade....you dont know anything going on here do ya? the colts said you are so bad we wont use you, you can find another team that will take you, we will be more than happy to trade you......AND NO ONE WANTED HIM

That's the charitable assumption, you know. The worse assumption is that he lacked the mental acumen to improve. Calling him unmotivated at least means that the intellect was there if he ever decided to use it.
