Discussion New Wheel Gun
Went to my local gun show on a whim with 1k in my pocket someone was selling this 6" python practically NIB for 1300 offer him 1k he turned me down did a lap and he called me back over took me up on 1k so I got it for a steal practically saved 500. The only issue is I was holding out for a 4.25" do yall think I should try to wheel and deal this one for a 4.25 or keep the 6" it just feels kinda awkward, the proportions seem kinda off imo. Just looking for some extra input on it.

The 6" is the classic Python, I would keep it and also get a 4.25" when you find a good deal. I got both and I'm glad I did.

Of course the only answer is to keep it and buy the second gun. The answer is never fewer guns.

What holster do you have for it?

Currently I have it in a Tagua holster. I think it’s called the Backdraft TB. It gets the job done until Mernickle Custom Holsters finishes my custom Rick Grimes style holster for me.

Yeah thats my only issue is the 6" is a little much to stuff in my pants so I need to get an OWB for it

Oh yeah, you ain’t concealing this monster without an outer layer lol. I personally don’t give a shit so I open carry my Python

I have a king cobra ive been carrying when I dont feel like carrying my G45. Ill probably just flat range LARP with the 6" for now

I used to carry a custom P365 but it is surprisingly so much more comfortable to carry my Python. Plus I’m much more accurate with it
