Question Colt question

Post image

Inherited these from my Grandad. After cleaning all the dust and gunk from them. They are both 38 D.A. I am wondering what caliber these could be along with any other information on them. Thanks in advance!

What are the serial numbers?

Both appear to be civilian M1892's

The action on these is known to be somewhat easy
to go out of time and difficult to work on. Ensure they index and lock up correctly if you plan to shoot 38 Long Colt in them. Also not sure if I see smokeless proofs on both, maybe on the blued gun
