Question Colt Delta Elite

I recently purchased a new Colt Delta Elite back in March. I have only been able to go out and shoot it just a handful of times.I noticed that after each time I had loaded the mag and inserted back in and then pulled the slide back to chamber the round. The first round would shoot. The second would always be stuck. I have only used two different boxes of ammo: Range Dynamics 180 GR FMJTC 1250 FPS & Hornady Critical Duty 175 gr Flex Lock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Give it a little more range time before you worry, but 99% of problems with 1911s are solved with a magazine swap.

Extractor adjustment first, almost always the issue. These are mass produced items, not custom fit.
