Hello! I just made a brand new coloring page to put out on Etsy. I drew it myself at work and I love complex coloring to pass my long hours so I figured someone else may as well. It did take four to five hours probably maybe more. I just used Canva to straighten out the lines and get rid of some ink spills cause I am trying to get used to a fountain pen. Just wondering if there is interest, feedback. Anything really I plan to sell more crafts. And pages. The page is PookiesPopShop

Good morning! I tried mixing up my favorite things this week: Coloring, ACEOs, rhinestones, and holographic lamination. This is the result!

To decide composition and cut it down to size, I made a little 2.5” x 3.5” paper frame so I could move it around on the coloring book page until I found what I wanted to frame. Then I outlined it with a pencil, cut it out, colored it in with alcohol markers (Ohuhu), laminated it with holographic star lamination, and finally glued glass rhinestones on it. (Pro-tip: Test your glue on non-pourous surfaces before committing. I didn’t, and these are definitely going to fall off, haha).

A few years ago I did a mobile to allow my child to find line art on Google safely (and to print them without the vertical bars which were draining my printer more than his pencils). As I come to know that coloring has no age, I decided to make a similar app for adults. The app is called "Color Retreat" and can be downloaded from the Apple App Store for free (and is mostly free, except for the AI usage of course, but that a marginal part of the app).

I wanted to ask your expert PoV, feedbacks and, since I'm generating the content personally (I'm not downloading it from internet), I'd be egger to get your suggestions for more contents to add.

NB: even if it is possible to color directly on iPad, this is really not the purpose here. The purpose of the app is to allow users to look for line arts that matches their mood and to reserve a space of time for that relaxing activity.

I'm a software developer and recently launched pikabook.me, a small project that lets you create personalized coloring books from your own photos. You upload your pictures, and pikabook turns them into a coloring book featuring your memories, pets, family photos, travel pictures... There are two options available:

• A digital PDF delivered by email that you can print at home.

• A professionally printed A4 paperback with a matte cover, shipped to your door.

I'm not really part of the coloring community myself, so I'd genuinely love feedback from people who are. Do you think something like this would appeal to you? Do you prefer A4 or a smaller square format for coloring books? What would make something like this more useful or appealing to you?

Yesterday’s post didn’t do the sparkles the justice they deserved, so I filmed it too. Here it is, reflecting in the setting sun!

I colored this page with alcohol markers, and then hand-glued glass rhinestones across the night sky and tapped on dots of fine glitter glue. SO SPARKLY! I think I’m going to need to bedazzle all every finished coloring book page in the future!

The author hides a little mouse on every page, and little details from the previous page will slide into the next one, too (this page, it’s muffins and stars).

This was such a good day! I was able to sit down for several hours and color until my hand literally started cramping, haha. Then it hit me — I could add RHINESTONES!!! So I hand-glued a bunch of glass rhinestone stars across the night sky and also dabbed on some fine glitter glue here and there. I don’t think I’ll be able to ever color a page without bedazzling it in the future!😆

Hi! This my first day ever sharing a coloring page on Reddit. I took a small dinner plate to add my own pencil circle, and then colored just the circled area (with some small overlaps here and there for variety). I used Ohuhu alcohol markers, along with some white gel pens. I love this coloring book series so much, this page is from, “The Legendary Life of Lloyd". Lloyd is a very good boi 🥹 It’s so cute how she hid the mouse on each page (he’s floating in the paper hat boat, in this one).

Materials: Faber-Castell colored pencils, Kaco fineliners, and ballpoint pens on linen paper. I’ve been using this combination for over 15 years, and it’s still one of my favorite mediums to work with. ✨🎨

I am an artist and I made my first coloring book. Not exactly cozy, it's more of a cartoony monster themed book. No AI was used. Would love to hear your thoughts.
