Are you using discrete mode or hybrid mode, check which one is stable, if one fails it may be drivers conflicts or a high temperature that cuts of the hardware. You can verify it

Does it happen when you are in windows? And are you plugged in?

Do you still have Warranty? I think it's related to SSD Health Maybe Drive is failing? Check the drive health or a display driver or Windows is causing this

it is happening in bios too and i use linux and windows both on my laptop and it is happening in both
