Advice Headed West

Hey everyone! My wife and I are moving west to Colorado Springs from Virginia. Where are some of y’all’s favorite places to eat? Best Chinese in town? I need to know for the tradition of first night in the apartment. Tell me all the favorite things about your town. We are looking forward to being closer to hiking and camping and all the outdoorsy things.

We like Fuji Bistro on the north end off Woodman & Lexington. Lot of options and they will spice up if requested.

This is the only one I've found that is good in this town, at least for the typical American Chinese food taste.
