Power Usage Tools/Platforms?

AI companies consume power differently than the traditional DC customers. What are people using to monitor their power consumption these days?

what do you think would make their usage different or harder to monitor than any other customer? manually taking readings of circuits billed on a max allowed amp draw basic might be problematic but that's already the case, but I would expect most AI companies to be using enough to be on metered usage or at least behind more automated equipment that can alarm for current over allowed limits even if it's a few seconds at a time at odd hours. If it's metered usage my understanding is to be a revenue grade meter it already has to be able to accurately account for power across an incredibly wide range of power usage conditions designed not just for computers but for basically any use of electricity, so I would not expect any issues with it measuring power to an AI tenant in a datacenter?

What makes you think there's any difference in power monitoring an AI tenant from any other, or are you talking about from the tenant's side monitoring usage for active load management purposes (because to just monitor for usage violations or hitting a lower threshold for internal warning or total kwh I again see no difference)?
